At Blue Lagoon Florascape we are reclaiming land for the next generation.  We are growing organic fruit, herbs and vegetables according to organic standards. We work hand in hand with nature to protect our water resources, to minimize soil degredation, to decrease pollution, to optimize biological activity within the soil, and to build healthy soil that will produce wholesome food.

We also protect the environment by selling to local markets, thereby reducing the emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere from long distance transportation. To this end we have invested in the construction of a year round greenhouse with a solar wall to reduce energy costs in a northern climate.
